Everything in field service changed when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Overnight, field service operations went remote, safety became the biggest concern, and businesses were trying to figure out how to be successful in this ‘new normal’.
In 2021, remote working isn’t going anywhere, and field service has had to adapt. In this paper, we explore:
