As Business Process Coordinator for North Mechanical since 2018, I lead our team internally as we implemented Fieldpoint as our new service software while we simultaneously developed the integration with CMIC. While the words implementation and integration can well up some stressful, ominous thoughts in the average office these days, I can assure you the benefits we have reaped a mere 3 weeks after go live have been tremendous!
